The petitioners were appointed as Kaisthani

Lavanam at Kaviyoor Hanuman Swami Temple on Karanma rights. The petitioners filed Exts.P5 and P8 representations and seek approval of such appointment by the 2^nd respondent.

In such circumstance, the 2^nd respondent definitely

will have to look at the representations filed before it and consider the same in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the 4^th respondent and any affected parties, at any rate within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on
