JUDGMENT
This court had dismissed OP(C)No.2103/2016 filed by the 6th respondent as infructuous since IA.No.542/2016 filed by the petitioner in OS.No.109/2016 pending before the Munsiff Court, Mavelikkara has already been disposed of on 7.10.2016. Under such circumstances, this court feels that the first respondent can be directed to expedite the disposal of Ext.P1 application after giving an opportunity to both the parties as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment subject to any order of stay if any to be passed by any civil court in this matter if IA.No.542/2016 in OS.No.109/2016 is challenged by the petitioner before the higher forum.
With the above directions and observations, this petition is disposed of. Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this judgment to the first respondent immediately.
