Even though the Writ Petition was filed as early as on 18.08.2010 and it was adjourned when it came up for admission on 19.08.2010, no steps are seen taken so far for prosecuting the case and the Writ Petition remains as such without being admitted.
Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
