JUDGMENT
The petitioner was aggrieved by the inaction on Exts.P1 and P2 filed before the 2nd respondent. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Ext.P1 is posted to 16.11.2013 and Ext.P2 to 25.11.2013 and summons has been issued to the respondents. In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the ARC expeditiously, at any rate, within six months from the date of appearance of the respondents.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
