J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by a Service Co-operative Bank challenging Ext.P7 order passed by the Controlling Authority under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act. Parties were referred to mediation by this Court. Now settlement has been arrived at between the parties. Settlement also produced along with the report of the mediator. In view of the above settlement, this writ petition is disposed of. This settlement agreement will form part of the judgment. The impugned order is therefore superseded by the settlement agreement between the parties.
