The petitioner claims to be the complainant in C.C. No. 151 of 2015 in which the 4^th respondent herein is arrayed as one of the accused. The petitioner is said to have submitted Exts.P1 and P2 representations before the respondents 1 and 2 and the prayer in this petition is to issue necessary directions to the said respondents to conduct an impartial enquiry into the matter. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed of directing the respondents to impartially consider Exts.P1 and P2 and initiate appropriate action if called for.
