examination and had remitted the requisite fee for admission to the MBA course on 20/01/2015. However, when the results were published, the petitioner failed in one subject namely 'Practical Auditing'. Petitioner applied for scrutiny and revaluation. She was asked to appear for scrutiny on 15/10/2015 when it was noticed that out of four Parts in the examination, Part A was not valued at all. This was pointed out and when the revaluation results came, the petitioner passed in the examination. In the meantime, while this process was going on, the first semester examination of MBA was to commence. Since the petitioner had not produced the relevant documents during the time, she was only provisionally permitted to write the examination as per the interim order of this Court. Thereafter also, even at the time of 2nd semester examination, the petitioner had to obtain an interim order from this Court for writing the examination. It is inter alia submitted that the delay in revaluation and non-valuing Part A of the answer paper was not on account of the fault of the petitioner.
