1.The petitioner is the de facto complainant in CC 754 of

2013 of the Judicial Magistrate of the I Class , Adimali .

After investigation Exhibit P 2 charge was laid before the

¶38

jurisdictional Court on 20.8.2013. Aggrieved by the tenor of the final report , petitioner filed an application seeking further investigation which was allowed by Exhibit P 4 order. The prayer in this petition is to direct the 1^st respondent to complete the investigation and to lay the final report before the Jurisdictional Court.

2.The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that in terms of Exhibit P 4 further investigation was conducted and final report has been laid before the jurisdictional
