JUDGMENT
It is submitted that this writ petition was filed challenging the show cause notice. After this writ petition is admitted, the action pursuant to the show cause notice has culminated in removal from the list, which has been challenged in another writ petition. In the above view of the matter, this writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners in the writ petition already filed challenging the removal.
