J U D G M E N T
The petitioner had approached this Court claiming that Ext.P6 and the resolution, read therein as item No.2, are legally unsustainable. A look at Ext.P6 would indicate that the Council of the Panchayat had taken a decision not to renew the contract given to the petitioner for the year 2010-2011. There was no stay granted.
In such circumstance, the writ petition is rendered infructuous. Hence, dismissed as
infructuous.
