JUDGMENT
During the course of argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. It is submitted that similar contentions have been urged before the Karnataka High Court as well.
submits that detailed counter affidavit had been filed in the above writ petition. That apart, an interim order was passed in this case on 29.6.2015, which had been extended until further orders. It is also submitted that based on the interim order passed by this Court, interim orders had been obtained from various other High Courts as well.
It is made clear that interim order shall also stand vacated and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
