JUDGMENT

The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to grant upgradation to the St.Antony's C.H.S, Elinjipra, Thrissur District as per the provisions of the Kerala Education Act, 1958 and the Kerala Education Rules, 1959. The petitioner has produced Exhibit P2 application preferred by the petitioner before the Minister for Education. It is submitted by the petitioner that Exhibit P2 application has been forwarded to the first respondent and is pending with the Government. The petitioner has also produced several communications pointing out educational need.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit P2 application and the other representations preferred by the petitioner with notice to the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the first respondent for compliance.
