J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging Ext.P6 order, revising timings of the stage carriage of the second respondent. This was heard and dismissed by me on 13.07.2016. However, learned counsel for the petitioner requested for rehearing and that is how this writ petition was posted today for hearing. After hearing the matter for some time, learned counsel sought permission to withdraw the same. Therefore the writ petition is permitted, to be withdrawn leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to secure the statutory remedies under law.
