J U D G M E N T
The petitioner was aggrieved with the fact that despite purchase of 1 acre 77 cents of land in Sy.No.30/3 in Kattiparuthy Village, Thozhuvaloor Amsom, the Panchayat has not initiated any steps to carry out the disposal of waste, which is, and even now, dumped in the 'Kothe Thodu'; the photographs of which are also produced as Ext.P1.

In such circumstance, the writ petition would stand closed, leaving open the remedy of the petitioner to approach the Panchayat at the first instance, if the grievance survives. No Costs.
