JUDGMENT

The petitioner was a plaintiff in a suit before the Arbitration Court involving a denial of promotion to him. The Arbitration Court by Ext.P1 found that the petitioner is senior to the 3^rd and the 4^th respondents. Some of the aggrieved challenged this award before the Kerala Co-operative Tribunal. The tribunal confirmed Ext.P1 Award by the Arbitration Court.

In that view of the matter, the respondent bank shall implement the order of the Arbitration Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
