JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a physically handicapped person, having

¶43

65% disability due to post polio resident paralysis both lower

¶44

limbs and left upper limbs. The petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction to respondents to provide suitable

¶45

job to the petitioner treating it as a special case considering his

¶46

physical disabilities. Ext.P10 is a representation submitted

¶47

before the first respondent. The petitioner also approached the Human Rights Commission, Thiruvananthapuram. The Human Rights Commission directed the District Collector, Pathanamthitta to take appropriate action.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of

¶49

the view that the additional third respondent shall take

¶50

appropriate decision in this matter within a period of three

¶52

months. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this writ

¶53

petition along with the judgment before the additional third respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
