The grievance of the petitioner is that the 1st respondent has been excavating earth and filling paddy fields and streams, in violation of Ext.P3 order, and the respondents No.2 to 8 have not taken any action against the 1st respondent. Even though the petitioner had preferred Ext.P8 representation before the 3rd respondent, the same has not been considered so far.
This writ petition is disposed of.
