J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, is the Convenor of the work committee
formed in the 3rd respondent Grama Panchayath to undertake the works of JA 2014-15 maintenance of PHC Chenkal in Chenkal Grama Panchayath. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that
the a total bill amount has not been paid to the petitioner as of now.

shall expedite the issue, in any event, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a certified copy of the judgment before the 2nd respondent, who is the head of the District Planning Committee.
