J U D G M E N T
When this writ petition came up for admission on 9.4.2010, this Court recorded the submission of the learned Government Pleader that the District Registrar has passed the final order in the matter. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order has not been communicated to the petitioner. Hence, it was ordered that the said order has to be communicated to the petitioner within ten days and the petitioner was free to challenge the same. When the matter came up for admission on 10.4.2015, it was posted after vacation. There was also no representation for the petitioner when it came up on 22.6.2016. Today also there is no representation.
Under the above circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
