J U D G M E N T
True it is that the petitioner did not produce the current records of the vehicle within 10 days as directed in Ext.P1 proceedings. But the fact remains that the petitioner produced the same within one month of the receipt of the decision. The said period is within the time prescribed under Rule 159(2) of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
