The petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that the petitioner's application for Environmental clearance before the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority, though filed four months' earlier has not been considered till date. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction, submits that there are numerous applications pending and the authority is taking up the same, one by one giving priority to the applications filed earlier. As of now, it is submitted that the application of September 2015 is
taken up.
by 31/5/2016, 977 applications are intended to be taken up. However there is no instructions on that aspect. In any event since the authority is taking up the matters in accordance with the date of filing, this Court is of the opinion that no specific directions are

will also be taken up in its order and considered.
