This writ appeal has been filed against the interim order dated 25.6.2014 in W.P.(C) No.16123 of 2014.

Hence, we dispose of the writ appeal with the observation that the parties are at liberty to appear before the learned Single Judge and pray for such orders, if so advised. However, the status quo as directed by the Division Bench shall be maintained till any further order is passed by the learned Single Judge in the pending writ petition.
