This appeal is filed by the Kerala Public Service Commission challenging the judgment of the learned single Judge in W.P(C).30999/05, by which, the Commission was directed to include the name of the respondent in the short list and to consider her claim for including in the ranked list published, taking into account her performance in the interview for the post of tutor (Rasasasthra and Baishajya Kalpana) Ayurvedic Medical Education Department. Such a direction was issued by the learned single Judge overruling the objection of the appellant that the respondent had not obtained registration with Travancore Cochin Council of Indigenous Medicine and therefore, ineligible for the post in question.
Though this appeal is filed way back in 2006, it is coming up for admission only now. Therefore, because of the lapse of time, we do not think it necessary to go into the merits of the case at this

distance of time. Therefore, this appeal is disposed of without going into the merits and leaving open the contentions raised by the appellant.
