appellant drew the attention of this Court to the order dated 23.06.2016 passed by the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Palakkad granting temporary permit in favour of the 1st respondent. If the appellant is aggrieved by the said order, it is open for the appellant to question the same. We make it clear that the observations, if any, made in the judgment in W.P(C) No.15756 of 2016 will not stand in the way of the appellant herein in questioning the order dated 23.06.2016 granting temporary permit in favour of the 1st respondent.
The Writ Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
