considering the fact that the other side also submitted that the case need not be transferred to Kannur, her place of choice but it can be transferred to Ettumanoor, so that it will be convenient for her to come and conduct the case, this court feels that these aspect can be considered for the purpose of transferring the case. According to the respondent, her sister is working in Medical College, Kottayam and if the case is transferred to Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumannoor it will be convenient for her, she can come and stay with her sister and conduct the case. She has no relatives at Kannur or at Ernakulam, so it will be difficult for her to come and conduct the case at Ernakulam. Once the case will have to be transferred to the place where it has no jurisdiction, normally the convenience of the wife will have to be considered. It is a case where the husband filed the application for transfer on the ground of his personal difficulties. In such circumstances, the convenience of the wife will have to be considered. She is a lady settled in Hydrabad. She has a sister at Kottayam. If the case is transferred to Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor, it will be convenient for her. If it is in Kottayam or Ernakulam, the petitioner has to travel from Kozhikode, there will not be much difference for him to conduct the case.
