ORDER
When the matter was taken up, both sides
submitted that there is a chance of settlement and requested for referring the matter to Mediation. Both sides submitted that for the time being, they may be permitted to be represented through the counsel and after referring the matter, both sides will appear for mediation, preferably before the High Court Mediation Center. Both sides are directed to report to the Nodal Officer, Mediation Center, High Court, Ernakulam on 12.08.2015 at 10.a.m. Post thereafter. Inform the Nodal Officer.
