return of gold ornaments as OP.Nos.507/2016 and 506/2016 before the Family Court, Ernakulam in which the respondent entered appearance and contesting the case. It is also in a way admitted that another case is pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-IX, Kunnumpuram in Ernakulam district as MC.No.8/2016 between the parties under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Since the respondent is contesting all the three cases in Ernakulam filed by the petitioner, if this case is also transferred, no hardship will be caused to him. Further asking a lady without any employment to go to Kottarakkara to conduct case will cause unnecessary hardship to her. The question of mediation settlement between the parties will have considered by the Family Court, Ernakulam, if this case is also transferred to that court. Considering the circumstances, this court feels that it is necessary in the interest of justice to transfer OP.No.1213/2015 pending before the Family Court, Kottarakkara to the Family Court Ernakuam.
