Tr.P.(C)Nos.122/2015 and 123/2015 were filed by the wife against the husband for transfer of GOP.Nos.722/2014 and O.P.No.897/2014 both from the Family Court, Ernakulam and from the Family Court, Irinjalakuda to the Family Court, Thiruvalla, while Tr.P(C).No.48/2015 and Tr.P.(Crl.).No.19/2015 were filed by the husband against the wife for transfer of OP.No.8/2015 from the Family Court, Thiruvalla to the Family Court, Ernakulam, while Tr.P(Crl).No.19/2015 was filed by the husband to transfer MC.No.5/2015 from the Family Court, Thiruvalla to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
When these petitions came up for hearing today, both the counsel submitted that the matters have been settled between the parties and they are not interested in prosecuting these transfer petitions. The above submissions are recorded and the petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
