Contempt Case No.1603 of 2015 was filed when Government did not pass orders in compliance of the judgment in W.P(c).No.34308/2014. By judgment dated 13.11.2015, it was closed in view of the fact that the Government had passed an order on 11.11.2015.

In this review petition the petitioner has pointed out that the order passed on 11.11.2015 amounts to contempt of this court. Therefore, in order to examine the same, I find it necessary to review the judgment and recall the same.

Hence the judgment dated 13.11.2015 in Contempt of Court Case No.1603 of 2015 is recalled. The Contempt Case shall stand restored to file.
