This review petition is filed by the review petitioners aggrieved by the direction of this Court directing Government to deal with the complaint raised by the 1^st petitioner who is the 1^st respondent herein in terms of Section 19 of the Travancore Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act. The main ground urged in the review petition is that the writ petitioner is not a member of the society and he has no locus standi to raise such complaint. This Court is of the view that while the Government while adverting to the complaint filed by him shall also consider the challenge made by the review petitioner regarding the locus standi of the writ petitioner to raise such complaint. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the review petitioner that the complaint is now being considered by the Inspector General of Registration. Therefore, the Inspector General of Registration shall consider the above aspect while deciding the matter.
