These Review petitions are filed seeking

review of the common judgment in O.P.(C)Nos.2178 of 2014, 2221 of 2014 and FAO No.281 of 2014. Among the review petitions, R.P.No. 401 of 2015 is by the petitioner in O.P.(C)No.2221 of 2014 and R.P.No.402 of 2015 is by the appellants in FAO No.281 of 2014.

The matters referred to above were concerning

the affairs of a temple. The parties to the aforesaid cases have resolved the disputes between them after the common judgment sought to be reviewed and a registered agreement

has been executed in that regard. Annexure-A1 in

R.P.Nos.401 & 402 of 2015

R.P.No.402 of 2015 is the registered agreement entered into by the parties. It is submitted by the parties that the terms of the agreement referred to have already been given effect to and the committee constituted as per the terms of the said agreement has taken charge of the affairs of the temple.

In the light of the agreement entered into between the parties after resolving the disputes between them, the judgment sought to be reviewed is recalled and O.P.(C)Nos.2178 of 2014, 2221 of 2014 and FAO No.281 of 2014 are disposed of in terms of the agreement which is produced as Annexure-A1 in R.P.No.402 of 2015.
