JUDGMENT
On going through the review petition, I do not find any reason to review the judgment dated 17.02.2016 in WP(C) No.6043 of 2016. The review petition therefore fails and is accordingly dismissed. Taking note of the submission of counsel for the petitioner that he will file an appeal before the appellate authority within a week, the stay against recovery steps that was granted in the judgment referred to above, shall stand extended upto 30.03.2016.
