This review petition has been filed with a prayer to review the judgment dated 18.12.2015 in W.A.No.1337 of 2014. The learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that there is patent error in the judgment, in so far as it was indicated that the Bank could not sell the property having an extent of 19.5 cents. It is stated that the Bank had sold the property, but there was an attachment with reference to the sale and the matter is pending before this Court in R.F.A.No.845 of 2015.
Having regard to the aforesaid statement of fact, we do not think it necessary to review the judgment. We only clarify that the property was sold by the Bank and the matter is now pending before this Court in the appeal. With the above observations, this review petition is closed.
