JUDGMENT
Hariprasad, J.
In this appeal, the sole respondent died on 4.9.2009. An application as I.A.797/12 to implead the Legal representatives has been filed and service has been completed. But there are two other applications viz., I.A.798/12 and C.M.Appln.274/12 for setting aside abatement and for condonation of delay respectively. In these applications, no affidavit in support of the petitions have been filed. In spite of giving two opportunities, the defects have not been cured. Hence the appeal is dismissed.
