This original petition is filed seeking for a direction not to dispossess the petitioner from the secured asset. It is stated that an application S.A.No.425 of 2015 is pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal and since no orders are passed in the said application, this writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Securitisation Application has already been heard and reserved for orders and posted on 11.7.2016.

Learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits

that they will take further steps only after disposal of the Securitisation Application.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of as under:
