The only relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for an expeditious disposal of S.A No.26 of 2008 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal (Kerala & Lakshadweep) (hereinafter referred to as the `D.R.T' for short).
Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of recording the same. The D.R.T shall take expeditious steps for disposal of S.A No.26 of 2008, within a period of 10 weeks.
