J U D G M E N T

This original petition is filed seeking a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal [DRT], Ernakulam, to pass final orders in S.A.No.894/2012, which is stated to be pending before the DRT, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

When the matter came up for admission, I had called for a report from the Presiding Officer, DRT, Ernakulam, as to the time required for passing final orders in the aforesaid S.A. By a report dated 04.04.2016, the Presiding Officer, DRT, has indicated that the final order in the S.A. can be passed by 31.5.2016. Taking note of said report of the Presiding Officer, I dispose the original petition by directing the DRT to pass final orders in S.A.No.894/2012 on or before 31.5.2016.
