J U D G M E N T
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an in principle agreement had been arrived at between the petitioner and the Bank. However, the Bank has to obtain necessary approval from higher authorities.
In the said circumstances, I am of the view that, there is no necessity to proceed with the present writ petition. Hence this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if any further cause of action arises.
