J U D G M E N T
On hearing the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, and the respondent as well as the learned Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that it is too premature to consider the question involved in this matter at this stage. With liberty to the petitioners to move again, any appropriate forum or this Court, at appropriate stage, in the same matter, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw from this original petition.
In the result, this Original Petition(Crl) is dismissed as withdrawn, with the above said liberty.
