JUDGMENT
The learned Senior Public Prosecutor has
produced a detailed report from the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Central Range, Ernakulam, which shows that the investigation of this case is fast progressing and the investigation can be completed within three months.
In the result, this OP(Crl) is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if any, that may be filed after investigation, in case of grievance.
