JUDGMENT
When the application came up for hearing today, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that carbon copy has already been obtained and the prayer in the petition has become infructuous. This is supported by the reports received from the Munsiff Court, Ernakulam as well. So the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
