JUDGMENT
When this matter is taken up today, the learned counsel on either side are ad idem that a direction can be given to the trial court, namely the Principal Munsiff Court, Kannur, to dispose of O.S. No. 467 of 2014 within a time frame, untramelled by any of the observations contained in Ext.P1 order and Ext.P2 judgment passed by the trial court and the first appellate court respectively.
With the above direction, this Original Petition is disposed of.
