J U D G M E N T
1.The only prayer in the petition is to direct the District Court, Thiruvananthapuram, to issue certified copy of the judgments in C.M.A.Nos.83/2007 and 86/2007 within a time frame and also direct the respondent not to implement Ext.P1 order as confirmed in appeal and not to obstruct the user of the scheduled premises by the petitioners and their employees till the certified copy of the judgments in C.M.A.Nos.83 of 2007 and 86 of 2007 are issued and without affording reasonable time to the petitioners to approach this Honourable Court.
2.When the petition came up for hearing today, both the counsel submitted that the certified copy of the impugned judgments has already been obtained and revision petitions have already been filed. So, the prayer in the petition has become infructuous.
So, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
