JUDGMENT
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the nature of the order, which is being passed, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
The original petition is disposed of directing that if the petitioner moves Exhibit P1 before the vacation court within one weeks from today, the same shall be taken up, considered and orders passed thereon within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
