The petitioner is the decree holder in O.S No.346 of 2001

of Munsiff Court, Kozhikode-I. The decree was transferred to Munsiff Court, Palakkad in which the petitioner filed E.P No.170 of 2003. That happened to be dismissed for default. The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application to review the order and Ext.P3 application to condone the delay in filing it. The applications are ripe for hearing. But, the court has not disposed them of. The prayer is to direct the learned Munsiff to

dispose them of without delay.

Since the applications are ripe for trial, the learned Munsiff shall try to dispose them of without delay.

In the result, this original petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Munsiff to dispose of Exts.P2 and P3 applications before the court closes for summer vacation in 2016.
