5.It is obvious from the above that towards transportation expenses the appellant claimed an amount of 5,000/-. But the Tribunal granted only 1,000/-. Considering the fact that he got admitted in Medical Trust Hospital, Ernakulam twice, we are of the view that the appellant is entitled to get 1,000/- more under the said head. Accordingly, 1,000/- is granted over and above the amount granted by the Tribunal under the said head. Going by the nature of the accident, it is evident that the apparels worn by the appellant at the time of the accident must have been damaged. The appellant claimed 2,000/- under that head. However, the Tribunal granted only 500/-. Taking into account such aspects, we are of the view that the appellant is entitled to get 500/- more under the said head and it is granted. Towards, extra nourishment, the appellant claimed an amount of 5,000/-. The Tribunal granted an amount of 1,500/-. Admittedly, the appellant had been in hospital altogether for 21 days. Certainly, the appellant is entitled to get 100/- per day towards extra nourishment and on such calculation, he would be entitled to get
