In this appeal filed by the assessee, the challenge is against the order passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in ITA No.395 of 2014 concerning the assessment year 2010-2011. The only issue raised in the appeal was with regard to the denial of deduction under Section 80(P) of the Income Tax Act by invoking the provisions of Section 80(A)(5) of the Act. By the impugned order, the Tribunal dismissed the appeal. It is this order which is under challenge before us.

Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and Sri.K.M.V.Pandalai, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, we find that the issue raised in this appeal is fully covered by the judgment of this Court in ITA No.212/2012 and connected cases. In that view of the matter, setting aside the impugned order passed by

the Appellate Tribunal and directing that this appeal will also be governed by the directions in the judgment in ITA No.212/2012 and connected cases, this appeal is disposed of.
