We agree with the recommendations of the learned Ombudsman and, hence, grant permission as sought for in terms of the recommendations of the learned Ombudsman, including as to the contribution by the Temple Advisory Committee. Let the work be completed, at the earliest. The expenditure incurred will be subjected to audit, after the work is over. The DBP is ordered accordingly.
