It will be inequitable to consider the correctness or otherwise of the ad-interim order of injunction passed by the Wakf Tribunal when final orders are yet to be passed on the application for injunction. Interest of justice would be met by directing the Wakf Tribunal, Ernakulam to dispose of I.A.No.332/2016 in W.O.S.No.45/2016 within a period of two months from today. It is made clear that the interim order dated 8.9.2016 in this Civil Revision Petition as extended will operate till orders are passed by the Wakf Tribunal in I.A.No.332/2016. We make it clear that we are not pronouncing on the merits of the case and all the contentions are left open.
The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
