the impugned order under challenge in this C.R.P. has been set aside by another Bench of this Court in C.R.P. No.333/2009 and produced a copy of the said order. Going by the said order, as rightly submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, the order under challenge in this C.R.P. has been dismissed by the another Bench of this Court in C.R.P.No.333/09. Consequently, this C.R.P. will stand dismissed as infructuous.
